Watch as your clients build self-confidence, social skills, independent living skills, and more! Sessions occur weekly and participants are typically matched for 12+ months.

Discover the transformative power of our After School Workshops! Tailored for ages 5-18 with mental health concerns or disabilities, these sessions offer one-on-one support in a vibrant group setting. Enhance peer interactions, communication skills, emotional regulation, and much more.

Our After School Workshops run once weekly for 4 weeks, Monday-Thursday, 4-7:30pm at Trinity, with transportation provided. Watch your clients thrive in an environment that champions their potential. If your client is on a waitlist at Trinity, this is the perfect place to begin!

Introducing Trinity's Community Connections Program! Designed primarily for teens aged 13-18, this unique initiative connects participants with local resources in practical and engaging ways.

Each week, participants work one-on-one within a group setting to explore the community and build valuable connections. The program includes teaching essential life skills such as using public transportation, filling out job applications, learning to budget, grocery shopping, and cooking. With transportation provided, participants can achieve their individual goals while developing a strong foundation of accessible resources for the future.

While the program is geared towards teens, we encourage you to reach out if you have a participant outside of this age range.

Our Equine Workshops provide a distinctive and impactful experience, harnessing the unique benefits of connecting with horses. These Workshops, led by an Equine Specialist and supported by a Youth Counselor, are designed to foster emotional and social growth. This collaborative effort between our Youth Development and Equine Services allows participants to progress toward their goals through a combination of groundwork and riding. The Youth Counselor offers personalized, one-on-one support, while the Equine Specialist guides the group as the leader.

Our Equine Workshops offer significant benefits to all participants, especially those who may find it challenging to connect with their peers, as they can naturally form meaningful bonds with the horses at their own comfort level, fostering personal growth and confidence. The distinctive dynamic of working with horses in these workshops can help them build trust and confidence, develop social skills, have positive peer interactions and friendship building, and improve emotional regulation in a way that feels more natural and comfortable to them.

Discover the power of Equine-Assisted Psychotherapy (EAP)! This unique program leverages the special bond between humans and horses to provide a therapeutic approach that goes beyond traditional methods.

EAP is particularly effective for individuals battling PTSD, anxiety, and depression, offering a direct and immersive experience that facilitates healing. Horses, as prey animals, are naturally alert and seek leadership, which makes them highly responsive to the emotions of those around them. They mirror the emotions of clients, seek connection, and provide a non-judgmental presence, creating a safe and supportive environment for personal growth.

Adaptive Riding—where transformation begins! Participants of all abilities and ages join forces with our expert Equine Specialists and horses to create personalized goal plans tailored to their unique needs.

Our Equine Specialists design innovative skill-building activities, from groundwork to riding, to help each participant achieve their goals. Whether in individual or group settings, these sessions are crafted to support and enhance each client's progress and development.

Our Psychotherapy program offers individualized therapeutic experiences facilitated by a Licensed Professional Counselor, without the use of horses. This service provides an experiential, non-traditional approach to therapy within the serene ranch setting, focused on promoting healing and achieving mental health goals. Whenever possible, sessions are held in outdoor natural settings, including our Grace Garden, walking trails, and other outdoor facilities, to enhance the therapeutic experience.

Veteran Wellness serves active duty military and veterans from all branches, eras, and ranks, offering a unique blend of talk therapy and equine assisted learning to ensure they know they are not alone. Trinity’s skilled team approach addresses the physical, mental, and emotional challenges that veterans commonly face, providing comprehensive support for their healing journey.
