Youth Counselor
Youth Counselors mentor kids and teens facing mental health challenges, disabilities, trauma, and tough life circumstances. You'll work across Trinity’s Youth Development programs—Youth Counseling, Workshops, and Community Connections—building trust and supporting real growth. You'll plan sessions, provide transportation, collaborate with caregivers, and track simple progress notes. If you’re passionate about walking alongside youth who need strong, steady support, we want to hear from you.

Admin Specialist
Are you organized, detail-driven, and ready to keep things running smoothly behind the scenes? We're looking for a part-time Administrative Specialist to join our team and support the heart of Trinity’s operations. You'll help with hiring, onboarding, quality assurance, document management, and keeping communication flowing between our office, staff, and community partners. If you love staying on top of details and making sure nothing slips through the cracks, this could be your perfect fit.

Executive Team Assistant
Want to build your skills and make a real impact? As an Executive Team Assistant at Trinity, you’ll help with grant writing, marketing, events, and nonprofit operations—all while supporting a mission that changes lives. You’ll work closely with our leadership team, flex your creativity with tools like Canva and Excel, and learn the real-world side of running a nonprofit.
