  Let's make a difference together

Connection is at the heart of everything we do.

For over 20 years, we’ve helped Veterans, youth, and families heal, grow, and thrive—and we’re just getting started.

We’re looking for passionate, driven people who aren’t afraid to jump in and make an impact. If you’re ready to change lives right here in the Chippewa Valley—and be changed yourself—you might’ve just found your place.

Let’s get to work.

Youth Counselor

Youth Counselors mentor kids and teens facing mental health challenges, disabilities, trauma, and tough life circumstances. You'll work across Trinity’s Youth Development programs—Youth Counseling, Workshops, and Community Connections—building trust and supporting real growth. You'll plan sessions, provide transportation, collaborate with caregivers, and track simple progress notes. If you’re passionate about walking alongside youth who need strong, steady support, we want to hear from you.

Equine Specialist

As an Equine Specialist, you’ll use the power of the horse-human relationship to help youth and adults move from struggle to strength. You’ll lead Adaptive Riding and groundwork sessions in both individual and group settings, helping participants work toward personal goals through safe, structured interaction with horses. You’ll also partner alongside licensed therapists in Equine-Assisted Psychotherapy, playing a key role in creating meaningful, growth-focused experiences. This role blends horsemanship, safety, and people skills. You’ll match the right horse to each session, guide participants through riding and groundwork, and create intentional session plans that support real progress. If you’re experienced with horses, confident in your ability to lead, and passionate about using your skills to impact others—we’d love to connect.

You’ll collaborate with our full-time Nanny to plan activities, support daily routines, prepare meals, and maintain a safe, clean space where kids can thrive.

If you’re someone who loves working with young children, values connection, and wants to be part of a team that’s making a real impact—we’d love to connect.
